I’m Gus Gleiter, founder of Egypt Adventures Travel, and I’ve been helping travelers experience the magic of Egypt for more than a decade. My journey began in 2012 while studying abroad at the American University in Cairo—an experience that deepened my fascination with Egypt’s ancient history, vibrant culture, and breathtaking landscapes.

Since then, I’ve lived in Cairo for several years, become fluent in Egyptian Arabic, explored every corner of the country—from the temples of Luxor and Aswan to the oases of the Western Desert—and planned over 200 Egypt trips for travelers from around the world. I’ve personally guided more than 20 private group tours, and I specialize in creating customized Egypt itineraries that match each traveler’s interests, pace, and style.

One of my passions is helping guests experience the Nile River in the most authentic way possible.
